Youth Therapy

Youth Therapy offers a 50-minute virtual session that allows you to receive personalized therapeutic support from the comfort of your own home or other safe space. We focus on supporting children, adolescents, and sometimes young adults as they navigate the complexities of development.

Our approach considers each client's age, developmental stage, and the unique challenges they may face during this period, such as identity formation, peer relationships, and family dynamics.

Our goals are to help young people address behavioral issues, academic struggles, and emotional development, all while fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.

Family involvement is a key aspect of our approach, as we often involve family members in the therapy process to ensure continuity and consistency between home and therapy settings, providing comprehensive support for the client's overall well-being.
