Umi Psychotherapy provides therapeutic support for both youth and adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions. Individual Therapy

One-on-one psychotherapy for adults and youth focused on emotional wellness, personal growth, and coping strategies. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions at a pace that feels comfortable.

Youth Therapy

Support for children and teens through a collaborative, strengths-based approach. Sessions help build emotional awareness, confidence, and communication skills, while creating a space where young people feel safe, respected, and heard.

Guided Meditation

{Supplementary with Individual Therapy)

Mindfulness-based sessions designed to reduce stress, increase grounding, and support emotional regulation. Using a calming and trauma-informed approach, these guided practices help clients reconnect with their bodies and the present moment.

As the founder, I bring my clinical training and experience into a space rooted in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection. I believe meaningful change happens when we take the time to understand what’s beneath the surface, the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be holding you back, and work together to move forward.

My approach is grounded in collaborative processing, where therapy is not something done to you, but with you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I offer a supportive space to explore, reflect, and build practical tools for growth.

I view therapy as an active and intentional process; a place to strengthen emotional resilience, develop self-awareness, and challenge patterns that no longer serve you. By integrating evidence-based approaches with a warm, client-centred style, my goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
